The problem

Trust breaks before
the deal does.

You're moving real value — crypto, datasets, model weights, access keys — with someone you've never met. PayPal won't help. Banks don't understand. Smart contracts are rigid, public, and unforgiving.

So you either take the risk, or the deal dies.

Protocol

Three steps. Zero trust required.

01ESCROW_INIT

Create a drop

Define the exchange terms, set release conditions, and fund the escrow. Crypto, stablecoins, or encrypted digital files.

02COND_CHECK

Conditions verified

Manual approval. Time lock. Milestone completion. You define the rules — the protocol enforces them.

03EXEC_RELEASE

Value released

Conditions met, both sides get what was promised. Disputes trigger neutral arbitration. Nobody walks away burned.

Live Demo

Conditions Engine

Smart contracts
without the headaches.

Set precise release conditions without writing Solidity. Conditions are composable — combine them however the deal requires.

Security

We can't see your data.
We can't touch your funds.
That's the architecture.

Deadrop isn't secure because we promise to be. It's secure because a breach gives an attacker nothing usable.

ZERO_KNOWLEDGE

Zero-knowledge payloads

Every file and asset is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before upload. We store ciphertext. We don't hold the keys. A server breach yields encrypted noise — nothing more.

NON_CUSTODIAL

Non-custodial funds

Crypto is held by smart contracts with no admin keys. No one at Deadrop can move your funds. Release is governed by on-chain conditions — code, not people.

ISOLATED_KEYS

Isolated encryption

Every escrow and vault uses its own encryption key derived with a unique salt. Compromising one does not expose another. There is no master key. Ever.

HARDENED

Hardened infrastructure

TLS 1.3 enforced. Row-level security on every table. Short-lived session tokens. Strict CSP headers. Immutable append-only audit trail.

“Deadrop is built so that even we can't betray your trust.
The math won't let us.”

Deadrop Vaults

Your secrets have
a plan B.

Not every drop needs a counterparty. Vaults let you lock files, credentials, crypto keys, and messages — then set the exact conditions for release.

SWITCH

Dead man's switch

If you stop checking in, your vault opens and delivers to designated recipients. Founders use this for emergency access. Journalists use it for insurance.

TIMELOCK

Time-locked release

Schedule a payload to deliver on a future date. Legal documents, embargoed content, deferred instructions — set it and walk away.

SCHEDULE

Scheduled delivery

Release credentials, access keys, or messages at a precise moment. Handoffs, launches, timed disclosures.

vault.lifecycle
01CREATE

Upload payload. Files, text, credentials. Encrypted client-side before upload.

02ARM

Set trigger. Time lock, dead man's switch, or scheduled delivery.

03DESIGNATE

Choose recipients. One person. Five. Your lawyer. Your cofounder.

04EXECUTE

Vault armed. Encrypted and untouchable until the trigger fires.

Encrypted before upload. We cannot read it. We cannot stop it. When the trigger fires, it delivers.

Reputation

Anonymous doesn't mean
unaccountable.

Every completed deal builds your Deadrop reputation score. Deal volume, success rate, dispute history — all tracked, all pseudonymous.

No hidden fees. You pay when value moves.

The deal is ready.
The trust isn't.
That's where we come in.

Deadrop holds the value. Enforces the conditions. Protects both sides. And when there's no other side — Vaults keep your secrets until the moment they matter.
